Hey everyone I am finally trained and ready to make sushi for everyone. I mainly started this business because the nearest decent sushi is about 20-30 minutes away. I know, unbelievable! You can get it at out local supermarkets but it's sooooo tasteless and rubbery. It's pretty gross.
I'm still in the process of getting some individual soy sauce packets and Japanese Sweets for the lunch boxes and party platters. If you have a suggestion for sweets let me know. I love the individually wrapped gummies. They are delicious and juicy, I've only been able to find them a couple times online but this part of the lunch box and platter will change every now and then.
Thanks for checking out the site, tell your friends! And let me know what you think!!

Welcome to Sushi Fridays
Sushi Fridays started in 2009 by Anne Esquibel due to the lack of good fresh made to order sushi in the area. The hopes of Sushi Fridays is to provide local fresh sushi to surrounding areas, work places and for parties. Sushi Fridays is only open one day every other week. The key is to plan ahead, all orders must be in one week in advance. Ordering information is listed at the bottom of this page. This is a blog style webpage with areas for you to interact with comments and suggestions. Be sure to check the Open Dates and Times(left) for availability.

I have tried all of these sushi rolls except the special sushi roll and have to admit, "they tasted as good as they looked". I detest false advertisement and have been known to order food based on the photo - it looked yummy but tasted crummy. It was both fresh and flavorable...you will not be displeased!
